Terms of Service

  1. Booking and Payment: To secure a photography appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due on the day of the shoot. Payments can be made through cash, check, or digital transfer.
  2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
  3. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
  4. Image Delivery: After your session, your photos will be edited and delivered digitally within an agreed-upon timeline. Physical prints may be ordered for an additional fee.
  5. Image Use: You are permitted to use the images for personal use only. Any commercial use of the images must be negotiated separately.
  6. Photographer's Rights: We reserve the right to use the images taken during your session for promotional purposes, portfolio, and professional competition. We will strive to respect your privacy and the context in which the photo was taken.
  7. Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of personal injury or property damage during the session, our liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event.
