What is Love?

As time goes by, I become a little heavier, a little wider, and a whole lot more sentimental. My tolerance for waiting in a 3 hour line for a 3 minute theme park ride is now non-existent. I have fallen into the warm clutches of instant gratification in a world where everything is accessible. Even so, what I didn’t anticipate was how my understanding of love would change.

This is my wife, 26 weeks pregnant. They say a picture is worth 1,000 words. To me, this picture says only one: Love. The love I feel for my wife. The love I receive from the human we created. The love we have for the world we built for ourselves.

There is no way “past” Abe would have been able to predict where life would have taken me. Although, one thing’s for sure, I’m glad I’ve been able to share this adventure with this beautiful person.
